“I am honored to serve on the board of the Cleveland Public Library Foundation, which raises philanthropic support for the Cleveland Public Library.  The Foundation allows the Library to do more for the people of Greater Cleveland, given that work outside the scope of traditional library services is not funded by the state and local tax dollars received by the Library.  The Foundation allows the Library to extend its reach with more sustained impact in order to: ensure every child reads, connect people to crucial resources, build a ready workforce and bridge the cultural divide.”
