Paula Hogan serves as Chief People & Culture Officer at the American Endowment Foundation (AEF). She oversees our people-driven culture while maximizing our talent, learning and development, and compensation and benefit initiatives to drive team member success – making AEF a great place to work.
With 25 years of experience building and maintaining strategic organizational objectives, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and processes while nurturing an engaged culture. She previously served as a budget analyst and project manager.
Paula’s commitment extends beyond her professional duties. She has been involved with the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the Hudson League of Women Voters, highlighting her dedication to community involvement.
Paula earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s in public administration from the University of Illinois, expanding her deep insight of the nonprofit sector. Paula is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and is Prosci Change Management certified.
Paula’s work at AEF underscores her commitment to drive organizational and team member performance to expand philanthropy. Under her oversight, AEF continues to excel as one of the nation’s largest independent donor-advised fund sponsors and best places to work.
